About Peak Appraisal

We are residential appraisers providing a diverse range of services. Since 1993, when Susan founded the company, we have served the Roaring Fork Valley and I-70 corridor west of Glenwood Springs. Susan's specialty in litigation appraising has taken her to other Colorado resorts for specific client needs. Hank joined the firm in 2005, bringing in depth knowledge of economics and construction, and handles most of our "down-valley" work.  

We specialize in luxury estates, unique or complex properties, and "the tough stuff." Peak Appraisal has served the residential mortgage lending industry since the start, but we specialize in such practices as providing valuation and consultation for divorce & litigation, estate & gifting, fractional interest, market studies & other consultation needs, and property tax appeal.

We are associated with Ebert Appraisal Service which serves the Breckenridge and Vail, Colorado areas, and Ebert Appraisals which serves the Malibu and Greater Los Angeles, California area.
